Earners are able to complete a needs assessment, identify an appropriate learning approach, apply learning theory, design a learning solution, analyze select technologies, and evaluate learning design. These candidates are able to analyze problems and design learning solutions for a variety of purposes and situations.

By completing this level I've developed my understanding of the fundamental skills needed to be a successful public speaker and evaluator. Projects focused on speech writing and basic speech delivery, as well as receiving, applying and delivering effective feedback.

IDOL COURSES® ELEARNING CONSULTANT: PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Earners of the eLearning Consultant Project Management badge have a fundamental understanding of managing an eLearning project. They have the ability to create and execute eLearning development projects from start to finish. These candidates have demonstrated the correct application of eLearning Project Management through a comprehensive exercise in creating a project plan template.

IDOL COURSES ACADEMY® LEVEL 1: ELEARNING DEVELOPMENT

April 18,2021

Earners have demonstrated the ability to start with a provided storyboard and develop all the assets for course design. Earners are able to create job aids, instructional scripts, animations, and screen capture videos. These candidates are able to create and edit eLearning courses in the Articulate Storyline® authoring tool using both basic and advanced interactions for a variety of purposes and situations.

STORYLINE® FOR IDOLS®: ARTICULATE STORYLINE® SKILLED

February 23, 2021

By the end of this course students are skilled in the Articulate Storyline® software. They are able to identify and interact with the user interface, create their first project, add buttons and hotspots, add layers and lightboxes, add drag and drop interactions, create user input interactions, insert media and audio, add animations and transitions, create quizzes, and publish the files for review, the LMS, or in HTML formats. Learners demonstrate and apply each skill throughout the course.

COURSICA VIRTUALSHIP

Fall 2022

Through the eLearning company, OpenSesame, I completed a 100+ hour virtualship about professional development. I started this virtualship in October 2020. I completed the online training, and read 2 self-development books.
